What is my current topic?

My topic is 'To make citizen quit smoking,  it is better to design tobacco package with warning labels of smoking than increasing its price'. I want to research not only psychological influence through visual images, but consumer sentiment. Then, my final persuasive essay will present some reasons why It is better to design tobacco package with harmful influence of smoking than increasing its price.

Recently, Korean government made a rule which is about increasing tobacco price. But I think it is not that effective. Through representing bad effects of cigarettes on its package, people will go through psychological confusion ,then may quit smoking.

What is the opposition?

The opponents will say like this :
Increasing price is more effective, because smokers will feel economical burden.
